Chapter XV Hospitality Room
This Hospitality Room is Hosted by Buddy Gee.
It is a Hospitality Room for Chapter XV and B-22 personnel. As users gravitate around this site, the host may assign people to breakout rooms or, if a volunteer comes forward, to form two separate hospitality rooms. Special "events" will be at the hours noted below, unless or until specific hospitality rooms are opened for them.

For Chapter
XV (San Antonio): Wednesday 12 Noon CST (formal opening and
planning session)
For B-22: Wednesday 12 Noon CST (formal opening and planning
session)
Maintain
a signup sheet at your zoom meeting with names, emails and phone
numbers.
This may be built into Zoom, but we haven't found it yet.

Steve Sherman a note at sherman1@flash.net to pass on
any suggestions or lessons learned from your session(s)
that might be worth sharing with other Hospitality Rooms
or for other conventions.
Buddy
Gee might host a couple of Zoom Meetings as training sessions
prior to the Convention.
