The following is a listing of all personnel in our database, assigned to Detachment A-342 (Dong Xoai). Narrative Information: The first PCS Detachment A5/414 established the Ba Xoai camp o/a/ 05/26/65 after staging through Bu Ghia Map. At Bu Ghia Map, it replaced A1/234 from 1st SFG(A) o/a 02/24/65 and it was designated A-311. Those personnel shown as A5/313 were present at Bu Ghia Map. The team was redesignated A-342 when B-34 was established and the team was relocated to Dong Xoai. The camp was overrun on 06/10/65 and rebuilt by A-xxx from ???. That team was redesignated A-342 and the remaining members of the original A-342 (A5/414) went to Trang Sup and then were re-assigned throughout company A. Dong Xoai was converted to RF/PF o/a 01/31/70. Dong Xoai was located in Don Luan District, Phuoc Long Province.
